PROOF THAT DEREK CHAUVIN WAS NOT GUILTY OF KILLING GEORGE FLOYD

There are not many, if any, I grant you but it's not because of the Constitution more a case of politics. Trials can be moved more easily to other counties but I would submit that the media destroyed any hope of a fair trial and it should have been moved to the Supreme Court.

No. It's because the Constitution that it can't move to another state. Federal supremacy says that it must move to the federal system instead of moving to another state.
Chauvin plead guilty to his federal charges and avoided a trial.

The Supreme court does not conduct trials. It can't conduct trials since it is not a finder of fact.

Thanks. Very concise description. The other thing he does not seem to understand is that a change of venue does not change the charging authority. For example, if the Chauvin trial had been moved to another county, Hennepin County would still be the charging and prosecuting authority. A change of venue is NOT a change of court. He is just utterly, completely ignorant about any of this.

I grew up on Minnehaha Creek and my sister still lives in that same house. I worked all through school in a cafe a few short blocks from Chicago and 38th. I knew Lake Street like the back of my hand. I still subscribe to the Nextdoor app in that part of the city and watched the comments go from "lost my dog" to "I was robbed at gunpoint last night". The democrats have ruined the coth of Minneapolis as well as St. Paul which both cities have gone from having a once thriving downtowns to literally unsafe after sunset. As for the tax increase in both cities, MPLS went up 1% additional on Oct. 1. Somehow the $18 billion in SURPLUS cash disappeared on "projects" and the democrats still felt the need to raise homeowners taxes by double digits as well as a sales tax now over 8%.
The constant source of increasing crime is easy to follow online and the wasteful spending is a national joke, like the light rail system that is billions over budget and years behind in finishing not to mention goes riderless except for hauling homeless people back and forth to the Mall of America. I dare you to take that train system and get off at every opportunity and talk to those nice folk hanging around at every stop.
This post went far too long but firsthand from my sister and an old friend who lives on 46th and Lyndale who goes to sleep at night to the sound of random gunshots, the democrats have allowed the city of Minneapolis to become a shithole, and like Portland, Seattle, much of California, Chicago, and a number of once great American cities, nobody cares because the number of immigrants who in one generation have taken control of local government and nobody comes forward to correct the problem.
You can refute and deny my story but in attempting to do so, please back up your argument with crime statistics over the last ten years.

Are you sure you grow up in that area if you think downtown was thriving in the 80s and 90s when everyone claimed downtown was crime ridden and no one went there.
I find it interesting how you want to restrict to the last 10 years when crime in the 80s and 90s was almost double what it is now.

Link needed.
During the 80's and 90's I worked in downtown Minneapolis every day. I had no problems whatsoever.
The Murderapolis era was nothing compared to all the various crimes committed today and you know it.

You quoted to “if” part. The part that never happened. He never said there were fatal levels of fentanyl and meth. You and your shit source did.

So, you’re stupid, post gibberish AND a liar.

The "if" was not part of the primary clause I quoted.

English isn't you're first language, is it?

Here was your “if” post, you fucking moron:

“ said that if Mr. Floyd had been found dead in his home (or anywhere else) and there were no other contributing factors he would conclude that it was an overdose death,”

But, you see, bitch, that IF never occurred, did it? He was not found dead in his home with no other contributing factors. He died of cardiopulmonary arrest due to the extended neck compression.

Fucking illiterate clown.

People that are not criminals. Floyd got what he deserved, he was just another black pos that wouldn't do what the police told him. And, I ain't your friend.

Well, my sheet wearing friend, there is a thing in this country called THE LAW. Which means that EVERY CITIZEN is ENTITLED TO DUE PROCESS (look it up). Floyd, no model citizen, was denied that right ... a victim of manslaughter for INCORRECTLY being accused of passing a counterfeit $20 bill. Chauvin and Floyd had history, and Chauvin's actions were deemed incorrect by the courts and the very regulations & training he was given.

Now here's an interesting note: by your "logic" didn't Babbitt get what she deserved on Jan. 6th for being a white pos rioter trying to breach the protection barrier to for a mob to get at senators just doing their job? I would think that you not being a "criminal" would agree. :|

Well my sheet eating bitch, All floyd had to do was comply. Let's hope you resist police soon.

All character attacks from both sides non-withstanding, what Domer says is correct whether you like it or not.

your attempt at an insulting come back is SO lame, a high schooler would roll their eyes.

But again, by your "logic", all Chauvin AND HIS PARTNER had to do was NOT use excessive force.

But it was what it was, and it is what it is. TFB if you don't like it.

Let's hope you don't procreate.

Too late. Yeah, Chauvin wasn't guilty of murder.

He damn sure was guilty of negligent homicide, though. I mean, if we can't call things what they are, what good is the law?

I've never said that Chauvin wasn't guilty of manslaughter but he was charged and convicted of second degree murder and sentenced to 21 years. That is way beyond the scale of his crime, it is totally obvious to anybody that he was convicted by the court of public opinion and the media. I'm still astonished that his "funeral" was broadcast live coast to coast with the likes of Pelosi and Schumer wearing Kente cloth and that race hustler Al Sharpton giving the eulogy. Was Floyd South African and did Sharpton even know Floyd, ffs?
