There is no functioning official government in Somali, but obviously this group or that seizes power here and there. All such groups are usually extremely weak, though, and don't have any other real goal besides maintaining power until they can kill off the others. Of course the governments not doing anything; there is no real government.

Apparently they aren't doing anything to make anybody safer, but they are seizing weapons from those who are trying to do something to make themselves safer.
 
Anyone who does not believe in repealing the atrocity of the second amendment should be sentenced to death for treason. Guns and freedom are irreconcilable opposites. Our people should not be shackled in these chains.
