Prosecutors Signal Criminal Charges for Trump Are Likely

The Manhattan district attorney’s office recently signaled to Donald J. Trump’s lawyers that he could face criminal charges for his role in the payment of hush money to a porn star, the strongest indication yet that prosecutors are nearing an indictment of the former president, according to four people with knowledge of the matter.

The prosecutors offered Mr. Trump the chance to testify next week before the grand jury that has been hearing evidence in the potential case, the people said. Such offers almost always indicate an indictment is close; it would be unusual for the district attorney, Alvin L. Bragg, to notify a potential defendant without ultimately seeking charges against him.

There has never been any doubt that Trump did it... twice. His Atty, who followed his orders got 3 years for doing what trump told him to. The question was will a wealthy, important ex-president pay for his crimes, or as usual, get away free. There are 2 justice systems. Now they have a chance to show a blatant crook can pay .

Jail is a long shot, but this grand jury issue is more than likely his defense team stating that they would like the right for the defendant to appear before the grand jury finishes up. That's typically standard procedure, but we know that trump will never go before a grand jury except to attempt to plead the fifth.

Of the 4 crimes pending against him. this is the least serious. More will be following, but this will be the only President in our long history facing an indictment.

for the 400th time, we are tired. This has been a witch hunt from the start, now the shoe is on the other foot and some democrats will fall over suppression of information involving twitter. We now have footage of people that were supposedly hurt Jan 6 giving tours after they supposedly went down. Democrats are being revealed each day now for the dirty low lifes they truly are and everyone is paying attention.

Up to 80 people have died mysteriously with criminal ties to the Clintons, nothing happens to either of them. Trump paid real dollars for his sins, other Presidents like the Clinton, Obama, and now Biden became multi millionaires while Trump refused to draw a salary and lost net worth serving the people. He was a pure public servant unlike any before or after.
