Protester disrupts House over Obama's birthplace

Do they really belive the President was born in Kenya!

What in the hell does Jarod calling an obvious PR stunt what it is have to do with the value Jarod places on the Constitution?

You been drinkin' or something?

Obama’s ‘Certification of Live Birth’ form reveals his Birth Registration was FILED in 1961 but was never fully ACCEPTED by the Hawaiian State Registrar’s Office.

huh? it does not say that, it merely says it was filed august 8, 1961, 4 days after he was born....amazing how that could happen if he was born in kenya...

btw...could you answer my question about the registrar's statement that she has seen obama's original b/c and verifies he was born in hawaii and is a natural born citizen...

is she lying?

figures

i don't why lefties get so upset over reading the constitution into the record, it should be read into the record at the start of EVERY session

To me, it is like Nero playing while Rome burned.

I value the constitution a lot and dont appreciate it being used as a PR stunt!

Especally by people who scoff at it, and pretend it says different things than it does.... The party that wanted to ban burning of the American Flag and the party that is all for warrantless wiretaps and the party that supports faith based government funding of religous charities.....The party that wants monuments to the 10 comandments on the walls of Federal Courtrooms, the party that wants to discriminate against gays in the military and women at VMI...

Ya, Im opposed to those people using that piece of paper for a PR stunt!

I love the Constitution (so much so that I actually capitalize the term when I write it. Show some respect, asshole). I just think (1) reading it aloud was quite obviously a PR stunt, and a thinly veiled one at that and (2) that reading the Constitution into the record serves no useful purpose whatsoever and is almost as fucking stupid as singing God Bless America during the 7th inning stretch of a ballgame.

Edit: and why the fuck should it be read into the record at the start of "EVERY" session. That's really fucking stupid.

you truly are amazing and its weird how upset you are that any party would want to read the us constitution at the start of a session....

what is boggling about your partisanship, is that obama has extended the warrantless wiretaps, and expanded bush's faith based government funding of charities and obama does not believe gays have the right to marry....

lol...so because i don't take the time to capitalize every term....i have no respect...

that weak, real weak...pathetic weak

and only a hack would think reading the UNITED STATES OF AMERICA CONSTITUTION outloud at the beginning of a congressional session is solely a PR stunt

thats sad...no one can even read teh UNITED STATES OF AMERICA CONSTITUTION in a congressional session without being accused of doing so solely for political stunts

see how much i respect the constitution, i put the whole thing in caps....since you don't, you don't respect it as much as i do

:awesome:

Actually, it looks like you're yelling. And then in the last paragraph you don't even capitalize it.

Yurt, it really is a PR stunt and the smarter ones aren't falling for it!

uh huh...and i'm sure if a democrat had read it outloud you would say the thing....

this is what is tiring about uber partisanship....that people actually are pissed off that someone would read the us constitution at the beginning of a congressional session shows how far we've come from our founding...no longer is the document respected and if you read it, its solely a stunt

do i think they will abide by it? unlikely. however, i am glad that someone has started this and hopefully it will be a trend and all lawmakers are forced to LISTEN to the constitution and be REMINDED of what it says and means.

I would think the same thing and be even more disappointed if a Democrat suggested it, it is should be done individually!

i see you edited your post

according to you, you're YELLING....

i told you were upset over this and its sad....why does it bother you, that once a year the constitution is read into the record? really....why are you so upset over that?

Hilarious. I'm not really pissed off about it, I just think it was a dumbass, thinly-veiled PR stunt that served no useful purpose whatsoever.

And your last paragraph there is a doozy. You're like a naive little babe in the woods. You crack me up, man.
