I am not so much upset by it, other than they are using a sacred docmuent that they clearly dont belive in for a PR stunt.

Apparently, you are unfamiliar with the concept of directly quoting someone. For future reference, when something appears in quotation marks (these are quotation marks " ") it typically indicates that the person writing is repeating the words of a different person. In this case, I was repeating your words. As such, I used the capitalization that you used, as indicated by my usage of quotation marks.

you know...when an appeal is filed, both sides have to state the facts, at every level...why....so the court can see the facts immediately in front of them without having to refer to prior filings
why is it such a terrible thing to read into the record our country's founding document, such an important document and one that both parties consistently ignore....i think its great that its on the record, its there for all americans and everyone on congress

1) If that was why they were doing it, I would have no problem with it. Thats not why they did it.
2) The Republicans have shown 0 respect for it for MANY MANY years, they call judges who uphold it ACTIVISTs and the last Republican president scoffed that it was "just a piece of paper"!
