The research is showing a lot of gay men sniff amyl nitrate and that’s probably the cause. I warned my brother many times that it was dangerous as amyl nitrate is a proven carcinogen. He shrugged me off as his science geek brother by saying “Oh they say everything causes cancer these days but he wouldn’t listen when I told him that it’s not suspected of causing cancer but proven to cause cancer.
