Wrong, shocker, the 14th Amendment wasn’t “written with the express intent on applying to all immigrants,” rather it was written to insure due process and equal protection under the law, specifically targeted to overturn the Dred Scott decision. Since then the Court has numerous times confirmed birthright citizenship beginning in 1898 establishing it as existing precedent law

As for the mother, I’d say yes she can be deported, and the kid would still have citizenship if it left with her
