This is a prime example of how overspecialization destroys society and morality. He will let people die because hes' "not a medical type". I don't blame usc. I blame a society warped by the illuminati military industrial complex, which seeks to compartmentalize people and turn them into machines.
 
Under any circumstance, if the woman was of child bearing years or a mother already, I would save the woman over the man. Skin color is not an issue.

The info was skimpy, and there was no evidence I could save either one.
One of the unsaid things was that it was just outside of a lawyers office...
also I did not have my rubber gloves for aids protection with me ;)

Most likely the first thing I would do is call 911 while trying to assess the situation.

Yes. I throw overregulation and excessive litigation into the mix of "things the illuminati do to control us".
