My accent is a weird mix of the southern accent and California accent where the cot caught and pin pen mergers both exist simultaneously. It's hard to place regionally but it's not general American.
 
By the way there is no such thing as the Chinese language, only ignorant peasants would say that. Yes Mandarin is the predominant variant in Mainland China, however there are many others including Hokkien, Teochew, Cantonese, Hakka, and Hainanese.
