There's genes impacting educational attainment.

It appears they aren't uniform among ethnics, much less races.

There's genes impacting criminality.

We know these aren't uniform among races.

MAO-A is highest in Whites & Latinos by far, and lower in Africans, Asians, and the Maori.

As for DRD4 it's lowest in Asians, but highest in Latinos.

Especially if you look at NYC.

Poorest neighborhood in NYC is the Hasidim section of Williamsburg, low crime.

Asians had a few years back in NYC the highest poverty rates, and low crime.

Latinos had a few years back in NYC the lowest incomes, and medium to high crime.

Blacks were probably in better shape financially, and had very high crime.

It does. Despite those minor genetic variations for people the normal IQ range, you are absolutely correct that society and culture matter more. Pilecki is a good example; he's a bit of a dumbass genetically, but with education, he could maximize his abilities beyond just digging ditches.

There is no shortage of them: maternal and infant healthcare, early life nutrition, exposure to neurodevelopmental toxins such as lead, and access to and quality of education all make a real difference. IQ scores are a measure of a person’s intellectual ability, not the limit of their intellectual potential. Focusing on things we can change should ensure that everyone can reach their potential.

As the son of 2 Teachers, just about any Teacher will tell you the wildest kids in Kindergarten were the wildest kids often in High School too.

How is that cultural?

Do Kindergartners somehow even know they belong to a culture yet?

I definitely believe that most of it is just in kids to adult hood.

I'm beginning to think that particular poster is a total dumbass.

He's somehow got the idea that culture and society means poverty. and he went on a rant telling me about how poverty-stricken cultures that are different from each other are different from each other. Proving my point.
