So a person singles out countries where the population is majority black and labels them "shit holes." Then the person asks why can't we get people from Norway (a majority white country). But you don't think that's racist.

No, it happens that Norway has excellent stats: people from there are more apt to be educated and/or not criminal than someone from Haiti, Somalia or etc. It has to do with statistics and not race.
Ironically, you’d have to read race into it.
The global left are the ones with self-imposed blindness. They REALLY THINK that allowing large numbers of people into their countries from backward and impoverished places is totally honky dory. And people like yourself would never be critical of their policy for fear of being labeled ‘racist’.

You can read my link for yourself. Norway has a sane immigration policy. They allocate funds to actively deport illegal aliens. Here, we play word games to keep from labeling them illegal. Failing that, we ignore our laws in allowing them to stay.
Yes, that’s a Norwegian tank patrolling the physical barrier between Norway and it’s neighboring country.
Finally, their prime minister forbids the wearing of the burka in the workplace. She would be labeled an unrepentant racist for doing that here.
Part of the reason Norway is fairing better than some other euro countries is because it’s leaders are ‘racist’ lol.
I would say they are blessed with common sense.
