If it's a criminal case, you wouldn't be involved at all other than the one pressing charges, and considering this thing happened to you years ago, it doesn't seem like any court is going to take this seriously.

Good luck on the civil part...discovery is going to be a bitch for you because they are going to be able to get access to all your activity online. In fact, if I was the opposing attorney, that's the first fuckin' thing I'd do.

the fact it was interstate brings federal laws into play as well.
