I grew up on the lower east side and lived there and in the ironbound in Newark before joining the USAF when I was turned down by the nypd even though I scored very high for "diversity" reasons. best thing that ever happened to me. which precinct? I have a hockey team I play at chelsea piers made up of mostly nypd and fdny.


yeah its getting bad again, homeless everywhere, the entire city smells like weed and piss. lots of petty crime and in the areas you would expect far more violent crime.

many cops are hands off now due to diblasio and cuomos measures. its only going to get worse.
