What gives you this opinion? Why do you think so? From where do you get your ideas?

What qualifies somebody as a saint? A good person? Is the average person 'good'? Your ideas must have some bases. Or are they just shambled together from unknown sources, as is some Frankenstein's monster?

I have discerned this about mankind from my entire lifes experiences.



Most people just want to live a somewhat loving life.

most people want a family and some kids and a safe place to experience that.


do you know what is the driving force behind that ?


a desire for a life of loving relationships.



I have met a few saint like people in my life so I KNOW they exist.


I have also met a few complete rat bastards too.


You know why you CANT see the Love in others like I can?


heres a clue.

its not because they are not lving people.

I know its a trite name for it but most people get it.


In my core I am a person who always reacts instantly with compassion.

IT is who I am.


It took me DECADES to realize not all human beings automatic setting is like.


about 4 in 100 people are sociopaths.

3 men 1 woman.


those are the numbers.


Most people CARE about others and feel compassion for people who are in pain.


sociopaths don't feel that.

they decide and opperate in a world without emotions.


Now if a sociopath doesn't know they are a sociopath they will think others "FEEL" like they do.


I went for decades trying to figure out how you could be so nice to people and have them treat you like UTTER SHIT for no apparent reason.


Now I can spot those people in a heartbeat.

I don't wonder about their motivations anymore.

their only motivation is "what can I get out of this"
 
I would argue that most people are selfish, and only cooperate because they taught to, are/were not strong enough to, and/or stand to gain more by doing so.

Your 'compassion' is an learned behavior.
