Voting Rights Act is nothing but a meme. Democrats didn't really prevent blacks from voting for over a century. LBJ didn't really cheat.

However and by how much Reagan won the elections it does not change the fact that he was one of the very few presidents in our history who could, and posssibly should,have been impeached becauseof his lawless actions.
