The reason people from countries with universal healthcare nonetheless come to the US and pay good money for medical care is because "universal healthcare" really means "universally unavailable healthcare." There is no way to have healthcare that is both free and freely available. Leftists notoriously suck at economics and have severely allergic reactions to the supply-demand curve. The more you legislate healthcare to be less expensive, the more you effectively render that healthcare unavailable. Legislate healthcare to be free and you eradicate it.
Remember: Healthcare that is unavailable, albeit free, is far worse than healthcare that is immediately availabe but very expensive.

Democrats and other leftists HATE humanity and show no respect to anyone. Leftists believe that assassinations are valid political solutions. Leftists firmly support the idea that it is a right, a matter of personal choice, to kill living humans who have not committed any crime. Leftists adamantly pursue the propagation of defenselessness zones to maximize the frequency and impact of school shootings throughout the country. Democrats pay professional looters to ravage cities and destroy businesses like Hitler's brownshirts. Democrats and other leftists are quick to engage in lawfare to destroy the lives of all people who disagree in any way. Democrats have no respect for anyone. Respect is not a word in their vocabulary.
Democrats HATE America and understand their legacy as having made America shitty, citing every major Democrat-run city as monuments to their success, ... and Democrats certainly will not allow Republicans to just come in and screw that all up. Democrats, therefore, vehemently oppose all efforts to make America great, and will prevent the correction of any flaw, even the smallest, fearing that America might regress back into some former glory.
... i.e. supporting every tyrannical Marxist movement that has "Democracy" or "Democratic" in the name (because Democrats and leftists are so totally gullible in that way), wherever it might occur in the world.

Trump was correct. Trump has arranged it such that Mexico is now paying for over half of a complete border wall every month, ergo, Mexico (Mexican exporters) has already paid (May, June and July 2025 tariffs) for a border wall and for its maintenance over the next six years ... and the US is still collecting every month.
This issue is now resolved.
