Cops are mostly working class people just looking for a good civil service job with healthcare and pension.

It is the responsibility of the municipalities to weed out the sicko candidates who apply
to become storm troopers.

When the latter slip through, they must be culled out as they reveal themselves.
They are properly protected by union representation in most civilized places.

And when they commit violent crimes under the guise of performing their duties,
