I’d say the ones who are damaged are the people throwing chicken feces, not the owner standing up for her principles.

I don't see it that way! I see a woman so wishy washy that she couldn't make a decision on her own and knuckled under to her employees. A real manager and owner would have told her employees to do their jobs and refuse their reservations the next time.

Yes, really...why throw more poop? After all, the owner pooped in her own store that evening, and didn't clean up.
I'm trying to see this "standing up for her principles" thing....How did that work, removing someone from your restaruant after your staff had already accepted the reservation, seated them, taken their orders, and serve them. A little too late to "stand up" at that point...that's what makes the whole situation so insane...
What an idiot she was....
There will be No Way to undo all the damage she did...

It works when you are called to the restaurant by your employees who followed procedure until they were able to consult the boss. The boss then asks the employees how they would like to handle it, and the employees informed her they would like Sanders to leave. The boss agreed and ask Sanders to leave. It wasn’t illegal. The act of throwing feces at an establishment not owned by feces thrower is an illegal act. Do you support illegal acts of vandalism?

A person can stand up at any time in a given situation like this, there is no time limit.

In all the years I've had connections with the food service industry, I've never seen such a poor display of leadership.Almost impossible to believe that she's the owner. Unreal....

It was the wrong thing to do....plain and simple. She'll have to live with mess she created....forever....
It's fine that you "agree and support" what she did. Most don't...including the NRA....

If you find any evidence that the majority side with her decision, feel free to let me know. ( Even the the NRA has expressed that they feel that she should have handled it differently...and they are steering clear of the situation. They're probably in shock, to be honest...)
I think most people are in shock. Who does something like that? Only a complete idiot who cares Nothing about their business, that's for sure....

What's the difference,a customer wants to give you business.
