(you inspired me yesterday...I'm working on some new soup recipes
I'm a starter at one of our five championship level courses...and I work from 5:30 AM 'til 1 PM tomorrow. Temps to be in the 90-'s...perhaps even the high 90's. I will be soaked by shift end. Luckily the starter shack is AC'd...but not a lot of time spent in there.
My fav's for soup are Bean Soup (I only make when I have a ham bone to use)...and Beef Barley. I am a soup nut during the cool months...not so much during the summer.
