Because it was a Magat driven issue.

Magats do not need to call for stuff on Climate Change or other Dem driven priorities to point out if a Dem politician has changed his position and become hypocritical on a clearly stated Dem issue and position.

You are pushing a stupid point that 'if the Magats were not calling for it prior they should not criticize Dems on those issues' and that is wrong.

It was Magat Politicians, like Trump and Vance and Bondi who kept pushing that this issue should not be allowed to die and should stay in focus and that if they got power full disclosure should happen.

So it is appropriate now, for Dems and any non Trumpers to point out the hypocrisy of them trying to bury it and to tell magats they are stupid and not welcome as magats anymore if they still want disclosure of this stuff.

Alina Habba, who is core to Trump's DoJ, made it absolutely clear she had seen "TONS" of "incredibly disturbing" documents during a Piers Morgan Interview (February 27, 2025).

So why, volsrocks are you trying so hard to bury all this under a false argument that if Biden admin did not pursue it, it should now be dropped??

The Repubs circle the wagons and fight for every crime Trump does and has committed. The Repubs cannot value the law over the party. The Dems kicked out Franken, Cuomo, and Weiner for less than what Trump has done. The Reds will stick with Daffy as he tears apart the American system.
