They had 59 seats with the independents caucusing with the dems, which means even with your excuses they still had the majority. Mighty strange that poor old hamstringed DNC was able to enact Obamacare without a single republican vote being so disenfranchised in the Senate.

How is that untrue? It is spot on. Obama himself refused to work with congress and even declared in his SOTU that he had a pen and would go around them. And you were perfectly okay with that, am I right?

Again, thread saying Repubs plotted to refuse to do anything to help obama. That is exactly what the ACA vote showed. 100 percent of Repubs voted no. What do you do argue by saying yes, that is true.

Wrong; he went around congress because he refused to work WITH the MAJORITY Republicans in the Congress. That is unconstitutional and Fascist. Are you saying you're okay when a President takes an authoritarian unconstitutional position and states to the legislature he will go around them????

Gitmo again. the stalest lie of all. The house, which the Repubs got power over, refused to finance the closing. They refused to pay for the moving of prisoners or to build a new prison.. Obama tried every year and the Repubs blocked it. I am sure you know the house has the power of the purse.

Obama ended the war in Iraq and the Repubs were pissed.

The president does not control the price of oil. That is an international market. Obama did drop the unemployment rate from what Bush left. it continued on his trajectory all the way through the first year an a half of trump.

So. What is special about 2012? Obama was handed a mess and fixed it. The trajectory he put the economy on continues til this day. Read about filibusters.
