Remember when democrats said voter fraud never happens?

Did you even read the complaint? This was a Judge of Elections. He had a solemn responsibility to make sure people can trust the vote and he violated it

Why would he do it? Are you calling this black guy stupid because you are a racist?

I didn't call anyone stupid, racist. You did.

His point, which went right over your pointed head, is that it is insignificant for exactly that reason. With the exception of a few stupid people, no one is going to commit a felony to cast one extra vote.

Nope. I wonder what's in it for the Reichtards to keep repeating the myth that (D)s are behind the non-existent voter fraud?

I bet we could have purchased a lot of PPE and test kits with all that taxpayer money that #COVID45 wasted on his failed voter fraud investigation.

It happened HERE. In person registration fraud by paid REP operatives for OLD people in nursing and retirement homes. The registration forms were already marked REPUBLICAN. Scott refused to investigate.

Sure you wanna go there? WE have lots of examples. Anyone remember Katherine Harris of FLA recount fame? Her purge list was so filled with errors, honest SOEs refused to use it! It happened in 2000, 2006, 2012--those are the ones I can remember off the top of my head.

Yeah, it does it a few obscure situations, but not as a general practice, in fact, just the opposite is true, which is why five States have been doing it for years, including ruby red Utah, and I believe already fifteen are on schedule already to do it this November

This is why we need in person, and voter ID laws.

Nah, not really.

In 25 years, they'll look back on the way we've been voting as completely archaic. We have moved almost everything online - including our most vital and secret activities (both personal & government).
Most ID laws are loaded w/ suppression measures. There is no level of "fraud" that justifies strong action.

Higher implications. Online voting could be hacked. There has been evidence of illegals voting, and using wrong names. Voter ID's would solve this issue.

I accept your concession

BTW if I wanted to cheat with mail in voting, how would you stop me? If I had a list of registered voters who are dead and cast ballots in their name, how would you stop it?

You have their social security numbers? If you do, maybe you should engage in some identity theft, since both carry the same criminal penalty. Get it?

If I sent in a bunch of ballots from a list of dead registered voters, how would you catch it? How would you stop it?

Yes, some podunk town where a Republican (in a non-partisan race, btw) got 2,000 votes. ROTFLMFAO!!! It doesn't take much to get you excited, does it Donny?

2,000 votes? The vote total for the ward and district was only 372 votes in 2016 with Trump getting 67% of the vote. The vote total in 2014 was 203 for the Governor's race in which the Democatic Governor got 420,000 more votes the the Republican in Philadelphia.

Democratic candidates in the district rarely got more than 150 votes. In 2016 the Democratic candidate for State legislature ran unopposed.
