Yeah....exercising the powers of the Executive Branch found in Article 2 of the Constitution is obstructing Congress. Only the corrupt dems who ignore the rule of law would accuse a President of obstructing justice because he decided to defend the executive branch in the 3rd branch of this constitutional republic.....the JUDICAL SYSTEM. The shitshow declared addressing the court system (due process for anyone accused) for grievance against an overreaching radical congress...…...a ROPE A DOPE move, a move they did not "HAVE TIME" to allow. Imagine that.....a self confession, a left wing congress does not have to comply with the laws they legislated when its INCONVIENENT to their objective time schedule.
They are above the law they legislate for everyone else. Hell they are even bragging about the new rules they have invoked....."We are not bound by the articles of the Bill of Rights....there is no requirement for DUE PROCESS in a congressional impeachment". Apparently a crime is anything they decide it is...……..and the accused has no constitutional rights in POLITICS.
