Rep. Pressley calls for ‘unrest in the streets’ over Trump-backing GOP members

What would that be?....not what's happening now, for sure.....

"Political unrest is motivated by emotions. Individuals engage in protests if they are aggrieved and feel that they have been treated unfairly. This reaction is predictable because individuals have a consistent view of what is fair."

What did MLK Jr. mean by "unrest"?

Stupid question, she isn't fit to lick MLK's boots. Although curiously enough she did vote against H.Res.246 - Opposing efforts to delegitimize the State of Israel and the Global Boycott, Divestment, and Sanctions Movement targeting Israel.

Nope, BLM is a legit organization and the voice of those who have been unheard for decades. The vast majority of recent protests regarding George Floyd were peaceful. But what gets all the coverage, esp. on RW media? The few who are behaving like fools. BTW, some of that arson and vandalize was done by whites. Like this one:

What a total load of bullshit, easy for Joanie to say when she lives in the back of beyond with no protestors.

I see nothing about predictable rioting, looting, destruction, ruining cities, violence, harming others, etc.....just "protests"....

Yeh, because politicians always say what they and never use euphemisms, are you really that naive? Ask people in Portland what unrest means, they've had 83 days of it!

I am not sure if those retards in Portland know what "unrest' means.

I am....what does she...or you...mean by "unrest"? I don't see "unrest" that is solving anything right now...do you?

We are keeping going in circles. She meant protests. I've provided a definition. And what do you mean it doesn't solve anything right now? Let them protest, regardless if it's a success or not.

Well, there was a "protest/unrest" here this evening....ending in an arrest....didn't solve anything...now or ever....
Destroy a fence...some storefronts...some lives...let them "protest"...you must not live in a city or a neighborhood ruined by the "unrest"...definitely, you've not lost a family member...
Should we just have cut them a check to avoid this?

Those are not protests.

What are they....the people carrying them out certainly claim them to be..... but that's why she got arrested....they're not...;)

You already told me what they are. "...rioting, looting, destruction, ruining cities, violence, harming others, etc."

You keep saying people claim that they are protests, or "peaceful protests". You seem to think that's what they are referring to, which is bizarre.
