Plenty has been written on the demographics is destiny argument. I'm white. My daughter is white. Her cousin's on one side of the family are black. Her second cousins on the other side are Hispanic. Are they guaranteed to be democrats? I don't know, they're real young.

I'm watching friends leave my City because of cost of living and what we don't do about it so that occupies my attention more than how will people vote in 20 years.

Edit: But yes America is changing. My family and my wife's family are perfect examples. Not that big of a deal really.
