Republican Governor to Address the Democratic Convention!

I know a lot of people who went to High School with Charlie Crist and who knew him growing up, they ALL say he is a very good person with lots of compassion. When someone I know very well was going through a divorce, Crist called him out of the blue, (they had once been friends but had not spoken for about 10 years) and asked him to lunch. He told my relative that he had heard of the divorce and had been through that himself and just wanted to offer some encouragement.

The person I know was overcome with gratatude. This was a person Crist could gain nothing from, had no obligation to... But Crist took it upon himself to offer aid and encourage in what he assumed was a difficult time.

Even knowing this story I did not vote for Crist for Governor. He had said he wanted to be a governor in the model of Jeb Bush, and that turned me off. After Crist won, he was as far from being like Jeb Bush as a Republican governor could be. I became a supporter and did vote for him in his failed senate race.

I dont care if he is a Republican or a Democrat, I know he claims Ronald Reagan as his roll modle. I will support him in any future political career he chooses, he was a great governor.

The poor man needs my support....Crist couldn't keep his first wife either and knew the ropes...

Crist's first wife was a lesbian. I doubt she cared either.

No. He is no different than Spector and Jeffords and Doomberg. Liberals in sheepskin clothing who thought it would be easier to win as republicans. But more than anything they are unprincipled political opportunists. The fact that you think he is some kind of get shows your stupidity.

BTW your newfound boyfriend Charlie Crist said Sarah Palin was more qualified than OWEdummy. Still have your mancrush on him?
