for one thing the KEYSTONE pipeline has been finished for YEARS it was the Keystone XL pipeline that construction was stopped on.
and the Keystone pipeline has NEVER been shut down by the Government , it has ONLY been shut down for leaks ( a LOT of them ) and for maintenance.
and another thing we do NOT use that type of oil for our gas here,
It goes to China and other countries to make plastics.
and for the little bit of Tar sand oil we do use here that pipeline wouldn't make a difference.
only ones that were going to make money on that pipeline were the Koch brothers.
And I see you don't give a shit about how many leaks that pipeline company has had over the years and running it over and very near one of our most important water sources for people in the mid west .
