It's not really hard to say, when Obamacare alone is more popular than Trump and Trumpcare combined.

Hillary's problem is that she ran away from Obama, and towards Sanders. Even though Sanders has some viable policies, Hillary is a centrist and it was clearly a false move on Hilary's part.

???....Obamacare isn't popular....getting shit for free is popular with people getting shit for free......once the well runs dry and the free shit stops coming, it won't be popular at all......

Quick, lets give the rich a massive tax cut that "pays for itself with growth" (but actually blows a 5.5 trillion dollar hole in the debt and shifts the tax burden to the middle class).

Yes, you (assuming you're wealthy) got one during the Bush era. Healthcare reform (aka Trumpcare) was designed to shift the money saved from repealing Obamacare to the rich. Trump's proposed tax reform is intended to be a massive tax cut for the rich.
