Republicans finally back down on defense of lynching

The bill needs the support of 60 senators in order to pass. So far, Patty Murray, D-Wash., Kirsten Gillibrand, D-N.Y., and Dick Durbin, D-Ill., are among more than a dozen senators who introduced the legislation.

No Republicans have backed the bill.

Why do hard right Americans oppose the lynching bill?

Rhetorical question I will answer on account of their DUMB....

They oppose it because they identify with white victimization. The only reason you would oppose signing a" water is wet bill"
is if water is bad and you are soaking wet. Or am I the only genius in the house?

Anyway, they finally supported it. So that's healthy.

i oppose this. If Lynching was illegal how would we #believewomen when the next emmet till is pointed at???!

Why do hard right Americans oppose the lynching bill?

Why the dog and phony show concerning an act (murder) that is both illegal and immoral? Do the representatives of THE PEOPLE have nothing better to do than waste their salaries garnering fake press? Show me a state where its LEGAL to lynch anyone void of due process.....JUST ONE. What? Does a federal law double the chances of stopping someone whose heart is that immoral? PRICELESS. This is the same logic or lack thereof demonstrated by all leftists concerning the right to bear arms.....where they assume making more laws for the moral to follow somehow stops the criminals from being who they are....immoral criminals.

Personally.....its my opinion that public hangings should be re-introduced to be carried out on the local courthouse steps when due process is carried out to its full extent. What's the difference between murdering someone by neck tie party and a bullet between the eyes? None....dead is dead, a crime is a crime....murder is murder. And liberal "bloviation" is liberal BLOVIATION. :bigthink:

Bingo, nail hit on the head. Way to go you thought it through and defeated their foolishness. When was the last lynching, besides hanging liberals for sedition may be a thing in the near future.
