There can be no bigger government than rightys want in Texas. They want to control the birthrights of women. They want cops to be able to charge them trying to get an abortion. They want to be able to charge people they know with helping them. They even want to be able to charge anyone who helps them, even incidentally. I pity a girl who has a miscarriage. She may go to jail if the rightys think she did something to cause it. They can charge women who are pregnant and use drugs. They are producing a police state that has power over people's personal lives.
We know the legal system is flawed. Innocent girls will be charged and prosecuted. Rightys do not care. The message is they are making the decisions and they have the power.
