That only proves that you don't have to actually know politics to post on a political site.

You have a white men only party that has retreated into the south. Beyond white men and people who go to church everyday, you have no base .. and no designs to expand the base.

Are you good at math?

Check the math and see if it foretells of a bright republican future with that base.

Check the census and demographics and add up the numbers to see if they equal a bright future for republicans.

I know, math is such a messy thing, but it doesn't lie.

You have a one-trick party that does not know how to adapt to a dynamic society.

If I wanted to be a Democrat (which I never would in this day and age), I would join the damn Democrat-Socialist party..

I will grant you that....your party is full of tricks....we haven't quite adapted to your practices of creating a coalition of blacks that you lie to, yet keep voting for you, labor unions that you lie to, yet keep voting for you, gays that you lie to, yet keep voting for you, anti-war peaceniks that you lie to, but keep voting for you......wait, I just noticed something....you only have one trick, after all.....

I'm always fascinated as to how people like you just can't admit they're wrong even in the face of irrefutable logic and fact. This forum is anonymous, nobody is going to show up at your job or tell your friends what goes on here.

Oh well, that's your problem. Trying in any way, shape or form to defend Wilson's actions is pure folly that will cost the GOP in the up-coming elections...especially Wilson.
