RFK pulls more Trump votes...

Wow, you either are just as short on memory as Dementia Joe, or you really do purposefully pretend to forget conversations we've had over the past month as a matter of course. This fictional tale was one of the ones we talked about in the Signs of Dementia thread.

Just before he pretended he was GWB in NYC, he resurfaced from the preparation break (vacation) to go to Maui and tell them the tale of how he "knows what it is like" and proceeded to tell the whopper of a tale where his broken brain exaggerates a kitchen fire that was put out in less than 15 minutes and didn't spread at all into one that almost killed his wife, his cat, and his car. Right around 38 seconds in and he'll start telling you the tale of a fateful fire ("all kidding aside")... (he then went straight back to "vacation")...

He told the same tale about how his "wife almost died" when he was in Florida after Idalia. At that time it was debunked, but he keeps just dropping his trou and shooting that urine stream out to compare with victims of tragedy... because he almost lost a cat, man. "all kidding aside"...

You do not remember Trump losing track of his jokes and stories so many times?

Nah, I think stretching the law over a form it doesn't fit on like they did in NYC was clear indication that this was political. That was just the first one. I also think you believe that it is political too, but you are willing to turn a blind eye because you, above all and first and foremost, are a democrat. You did it with Hillary, and will do it here. For a guy who pretends to care about the constitution and plays a part in the judicial system you sure do not seem to care about the judicial system itself...

Its gone...Western Justice is over....and so is the Constitution.

I do not know about the NYC one, Personally I've seen the law used in novel situations often and successfully. I see the clear distinctions between Hillary's case and the Trump cases. I care about the Constitution and do not believe it is being applied unfairly here. It was a judgement call to charge Hillary, not a judgement on the Trump documents and the trump obstruction case. I dont know a lot about RICO, but it seems pretty clear to me also.

If anything, Hillary should have been prosecuted, not trump let off. But two wrongs wouldn't make a right.

You are clearly very biased toward the Republicans despite Trump being their king. Your hate for Democrats outweighs your dislike of the Traitor.

Could not care less. You were the one that pretended he was lost in his own house on the way to the bathroom, so I drew you a map. Now you want to pretend this has something to do with Trump?

Seriously, man. You asked about the story, I then gently reminded you we had gone over this particular fiction, in what thread we did, and that you can no longer pretend you don't know what he was talking about and then provided you video of the man actually pulling it out and starting the contest... Your only answer is "Well Trump Too"... That's a pretty low measure, the amount of contempt you have for Trump and all you got is, "Well, he only sucks just as much as Trump does!"

According to a new poll, (I do not think it really matters this far out, but to counter a claim from last week I am posting this) RFK running as an independent pulls more votes from TRUMP than from BIDEN.

https://www.newsnationnow.com/polit...nnedy,trail have offered various perspectives.

I agree only because trump voters don't mind voting for insane people. RFK has totally lost it. He did so much good in his career, years ago. My theory is that one of the chemical companies he sued successfully poisoned him.

How many times was she indicted, though you and I both know that if she were not Hillary she would face those charges?

The reality, the Dems twisted the judicial system then, and then did it again starting in NYC. At this point everything you say on this subject is just dreck. You only believe in "the system" when it goes after folks you dislike politically.

I do not think Hillary would have avoided being charged if she was a different person, she received electronic documents (the law was not written with electronic documents in mind). She reviewed them, no evidence she intentionally sent them. When asked she made efforts to turn them over, the hard drive was erased but no evidence she ordered it erased. She turned over what was left after being subpoenaed.

Its very different than having evidence Trump ordered his documents destroyed and knowingly refused to hand them over.

I have no hate for Democrats, well not for Democrats that care about the Constitution and don't cheer as the Institutions, like the FBI and the Justice Department, are turned against their political enemies. That's your thing. I choose not to believe that you are so lost that you cannot see what so many see, that you cannot put yourself in their shoes. I think your emotional intelligence is better than that, and that you are willing to turn away from what you see because you think it will help "get rid of" Trump. Y'all have convinced yourselves that Trump literally is the party you want to punish and are willing to sell America's soul to do it.

While I am not willing to support Trump to "punish" the Dems, I am also entirely unwilling to support folks form a political entity that are cheering while the formerly trusted and formerly constitution protecting Institutions are turned into political punishment tools. Taking a law long past its statutory limit and then stretching a federal law that he hasn't even been charged with over it to make it so you can try him is skullduggery and a miscarriage of justice. This AG ran on how he would do this, it was his political campaign promise, and then he actually did what he said he would and was willing to do whatever it took to get it done even if it was obvious BS (unlike so many in politics, gotta give him credit for keeping a promise too bad it was one that he shouldn't have made or kept if he were to keep his oath to uphold the constitution).

I do not remember that story, but if it helps you sleep at night, believe what you want.

It was shown to have SCI information on it (she lied about that), unsecured (entirely so, it didn't even have basic encryption that I have on my servers), that it was marked (as classified, even as SCI), and that she signed all of the documents on how to work with and store such information (you do that when you are read into programs when you are found to have a need to know), she illegally stored it on a device that was not within a SCIF (it was in Funk and Wagnell's basement bathroom), in fact had no protections whatsoever on it and that the FBI said was compromised by foreign entities. If she were not Hillary she would probably still be in prison.

I linked you at the time to a guy who took a picture of the inside of a sub and had to serve time in prison. That isn't even SCI, that's only Secret.

No matter how many times you try to pretend that justice was served there we all know that it was not.

Neither are beneficial. Dementia Joe needs to go, and it is my strong wish that Democratic Voters demand a voice in the choice of their nominee, reject the DNC crowning. Shufflin' Joe and the Orange Man Crew is just a band name, Jarod. He's still the guy who literally had people dripping off our planes with the desperate plea that we should see it as his rewritten history: that the Titanic had "More Lifeboats in the Water in History"... (Most evacuation flights ever, doubleplus good in Newspeak boy howdy!)

I think what matters more is the people the president appoints. If you think, as I do that trump appointed the swampiest swamp creatures, totally unqualified to their cabinet positions, and the medieval fucks trump appointed to SCOTUS, then vote for Biden. There's only so much harm a president can do. What matters most are the presidents' appointments.

Now that's idiotic. The guy is quite liberal. He's just running against Dementia Joe so you want everybody to suddenly think he's just Trump in newly minted Democratic form. Democrats voted for him, Democrats elected him, He's voted Democratic in every major Senate vote... this is not a sudden "surprise Republican" here. He's a democrat running against a democrat and you don't like that. I hear you... You believe the DNC is right to just crown whomever they think you should vote for, that democracy stuff is just for idiots and republicans.

No, RFK is a conspiracy nut. That appeals more to the magas then it does to the Democrats, IMO.

You are willing to let Trump be above the law... because you hate Democrats. Its clear.

Again, BS. I think he's being politically prosecuted, and I think you think so too but will not admit to it because you think it will help you politically. As I said, you are willing to sell America's soul so long as they have the right political platform. From just nodding along as the "Democratic" Party removes all Democratic Process from the selection of a nominee, right up to politicizing formerly trusted American Institutions.

I think starting from NYC all the way to Georgia, all of this is an attempt to punish Trump for his politics.

I also think that if you hadn't indicted he wouldn't be leading in the primary. I just wish the republicans weren't so easily manipulated...

Being unfairly treated doesn't make you the best candidate. I wish I could get that point across to republicans, but it seems that every time something comes up in the news about the trials he gains in the frikin' polls... Gah... *sigh*

And to send a message that there will be no disturbing the Solidarity....that under this revolution dissent is crushed.

You keep saying that, but that would mean that 20% of the Democrats that wanted to vote for him over Biden in a Primary are just "MAGAs"... If that were true then you would not have even one miniscule shot at winning in 2024. But hey, I think we'll see exactly what it will be like because I think he's going to run as an Independent.
