rhode island passes homeless bill of rights

sad, but it is actually needed. i used to have a huge prejudice against homeless people until i met a friend in HS who was homeless. i was shocked when i found out. he had nice clothes etc....i don't want to say more, but his parent fell on bad times and they lived in their car. it truly changed my view of homeless people.

that is not to say there aren't dumbass drunks, druggies etc....just changed my view.
