This is no surprise. It was well known that he posted on social media and in private messages that he wanted to go to Kenosha to kill "looters." The judge at his trial disallowed this evidence of his state of mind. But it's all fair game in a civil action.

Man, you seriously need to get the crack out of your pipe! When was the last time in American history that the victim of a lynching walked into a domestic disturbance/riot UNINVITED AND ARMED? And since there was NO VIDEO of what transpired prior to seeing widdle Kyle back peddle after shooting at folks, your "lynch" scenario is dubious at best. I would LOVE to see defense lawyers in a civil trial use your suggestion here. The judge would probably dismiss the attempt with extreme legal precedence.
