It appears so, but I don't think it has much to do with Biden's religion. I doubt he is any more of a believer than displayed by Reagan. As a politician it behooves you to show that you are a member of the majority religion in some way. Visible displays of ashes is a good way to do that.

Is he? I know Bush and Kerry were. My guess is he is "Knights of Columbus"... Those charity mongers are teh Eeeeviiiillll. I actually don't know. He might be... I did my part and voted against him. Problem is only about 1% of the nation voted with me.
