Roger Stone Arrested in Mueller Probe

Hmmmm! Instead of toasting with wine, champagne or a BUD as each of these motherfuckers goes down, we all go get a big ass BURGER.

I'm game...…...I'll take In and Out please. I'll take a #1 Double Double, light raw onions, no spread, catsup and mustard instead, well done.....fries and a pink lemonade.

I think Bannon might have been smart enough to have stayed out of the criminal behavior.. we will see.

Why do you think Jr will escape the noose?

Roger Stone is the one going around last year saying Donald Jr. was about to be indicted LOL. Hard to not look like the fall guy after that. So far as I know, Don Jr., has never given a statement to the FBI which takes him out of the low hanging fruit charge. I think he will be painted as a pawn by the evil doers like Stone and not someone with criminal intent. Trump has been cooperating with the investigation. The only reason that seems logical is for him to be hanging Bannon, Inc., out to dry to pull Donnie and Ivanka out of the flames.

We'll see, The SCOTUS unanimously overturning Bob & Mrs. McDonnell's convictions a few years back probably changed the way this investigation is being handled, or at least how the charges are being presented to the Grand Jury, if at all. The federal corruption statute requires official acts and the case ruled that meetings, calls and such alone were not official acts as far as the statutes.
I'm not familiar with the case you referenced, but did it involve an election, and using foreign actors in same?

Jr. lied to Congress

Jarod thinks that CNN has been camped outside Stone's place for "months"

Jarod will believe anything. You see Jarod being an evil liar is being punished right now and he knows it.

I did not say that.

But I bet if you talked to the neighbors, they would tell you about an unmarked van sitting outside the house every Friday morning since new years day.

He was the governor of Virginia who was charged with all sorts of crimes as well as his wife, for allegedly taking bribes, etc in connection with a high dollar donor about which his wife gave false statements and manufactured evidence. He was convicted and the Supreme court later tossed the cases. The Court more or less put down a bright line rule that there has to be a clear quid pro quo to separate corruption under the federal statutes from just shady politics. The left open the possibility they could be recharged but it never happened.

Lemme guess...Rudy went on Fox, and used the term 'process crimes'? I'm seeing that a lot today.
you should learn some legal terminology. It might not fit your silly conspiracy theories, but you'd be on more solid ground
in United States criminal procedure, a process crime is an offense against the judicial process. These crimes include obstruction of justice, perjury and contempt of court. Process crimes are the offenses that "interfere with the procedures and administration of justice".

to prosecutors, process crimes are particularly suitable for such purposes because they "carry a strong veneer of legitimacy" (i.e., most people agree that lying in court should be punishable), because they carry significant penalties, and because the prosecution is able to help produce these crimes. For instance, prosecutors can set up situations such as grand jury hearings or discovery requests in which process crimes – lies and omissions – tend to frequently occur

isn't it amazing that everyone around Trump is being indicted, with more to follow, yet you always have an excuse for everything. This is by far, the most corrupt administration in American history. Never, did we see anything even close to this from the Obama administration. Assuming trump lasts long enough, do you really think the American people will put up with all of the dishonesty, the lies, the corruption of this administration?

I beg to differ. gwb was pretty corrupt, but americans brought into his BS.
