NOWHERE in her post did she mention torture...it was you who equated riding in the truck bed with freedom and how those who don't allow their dogs in the truck bed are 'torturing" their dogs.

I for one, would not be surprised if the left accused him of murdering hookers in New Jersey.......as a matter of fact, I expect the charges will be raised in October.......

How secure the dog is. Neither is safe in my opinion. Why do you think it is now illegal in many states to let children ride in the back of pick up trucks.

Like I said, you guys abuse your dogs as you wish, I just would not treat my friend that way!

One difference is that in the bed of your truck, your dog is still visible to you (and you to him) through the window, and the cab acts as a wind breaker. I assume your dog is confined in a crate in the bed of the truck and not just permitted to run around untethered.
