Romney: Income inequality is just 'envy'???

You can cry all you want, nobody gets paid more that it's worth.
Well I agree.......but I aint giving you the last word on that. If I cant' get anyone to buy widgets I make at a specific price point then I either lower my price point or build better widgets but if you need my widgets I'm not going to let you dictate to me what the price will be. I'm going to negotiate the best price I can get.

It is a right people have to collectively charge what the market will bear for their services. It's also a right which Republicans have long opposed.

so what is your point? people also have a right to not join or form a union.

i also don't think collectively bargaining has much, if anything at all, to do with what the market will bear.

your logic is abysmal. working longer hours doesn't necessarily equate to working harder...

further, you said "in the world"...now you're backtracking to only 'developed nations'....

You're right yurt. Working shorter hours is definitly easier, I don't know why I thought working longer hours would be harder.

So bargaining will not determine what the market will bear?

Translation; I am yurt, everyone look at me.

ironic post. btw....you still have not mustered the courage to counter a single point i (and mott) made. mott made one of my same points, you of course ignored it. you're afraid to debate. you're much more "confident" in insulting people.

so your claim is that simply working longer hours means the job is "harder"....interesting. you also ignored that you backpeddled on your claim of the world.

mott also disagrees with you and mentioned the type of job. since you appear to be actually trying to debate the issue, i will offer my own example:

in college, once i reached senior level and thus seniority, i took the easiest jobs on campus in order to be able to my homework at the same time. trust me, my "hours" put in were not hard. think about it.

Part of your problem as a right wing extremist is your concrete thinking. It is harder to work long hours regardless of the job.

LOL....i'm a right wing extremist...yeah...that is why i support gay marriage, marijuana to be treated the same as alcohol, h/c expaned by expanding medicare.....

you're a nutcase. you're so far left you think my positions above make me a right wing extremist....LOL

btw..........you again didn't counter a single point.

working longer hours sitting on one's ass doing homework, they would already have to do, is not harder than a coal miners job. even if that coal worker worked just one hour, my 4 hours could not match the difficulty and hardness of his job.

get a clue....please.

Romney, like so many Republican sellouts, uses the "envy" excuse anytime the income status argument is brought up. It's typical eliist rightwing nonsense. The greedmongers on the right do not like being questioned and they do not like the fact that the 99% are rising up against the greedy elitists.

It's just more proof that a republican should not be allowed in the whitehouse.

I have yet to hear an answer as to why having money is bad. The liberals just seem to assume if you have money you stole it, if you have stability you're exploiting and if you want to keep your money you're keeping down the 99%.

Apparently the only decent people in this day and age are the unemployed who never served and never had money. Only way to be sure they're not secret elitists.
