SM, you are entertaining because I can drop in, humiliate you, and not lose track of work. And even when you have been humiliated (or made a fool of yourself) you continue to argue using vague comments that you then deny or you make up "facts" to try and save face. And you try to reject other people's arguments based on issues that you yourself have used.

Proof? You rejecting PMP's argument with a comment of "everyone knows a guy", when you have started entire threads based on that same thing. But in PMP's case he was providing an individual example, whereas you were trying to use "I knew a girl..." to provide some proof against all gays.

More proof? Your statement that your "friend" (the firearm manufacturing engineer) said a gun would blow up if the ballistics info I quoted were used. But in that case, not only did you use the "I know a guy..." logic, but you made the guy up completely or lied about what he said.

In short, you have made a total fool of yourself on these forums. And provided untold hours of easy entertainment for me.

No it's not. It's just what's good for people. Trade is good for them if their standard of living is rising. It's destructive for them when corporations are sending jobs overseas for short term profit, to the detriment of them.

the libertarian delusion is that somehow multinational corporations profitting from cheaper overseas labor is somehow going to RAISE ALL SHIPS. It's bullshit.

tax incentives to keep jobs in this country is good free market practices. laws to penalize moving jobs overseas is populist economic slowdown policy.

That's a corporate viewpoint. it's what corporations would like, and in the globalized economy, policies that benefit companies are wildly different from those that benefit the majority of citizens.

What is the value of "fast" policy, whatever that means, to the american middle class when they are being made poorer by it?

And assuming that "populist" is an automatically negative adjective just reveals your elitists fascist mindset.

false. the 'corporate' viewpoint is to enact legislation that removes any cap from H1B visas so they can lower labor costs to import millions of foreign workers in to the US. that allows them to lower domestic labor costs by flooding the tech labor market.

If we just stop doing business with dictator nations with no rights, who purposefully sculpt their nation to prostitute their citizenry to multinationals we would get out of the internationalist fascist direction we are headed. would you be for restricting trade with those nations?
