Ronald Reagans most important adviser...

Obama has led us out of a much worse recession than Reagan led us out of, so there is that.

on the other hand, Reagan actually got us out of it.....and given that the Carter recession gave us double digit inflation you're hard pressed to claim this one was worse.....

Not really, as I said to Jarods equally one sided view, it is highly debatable which was worse. The circumstance were so different that it is hard to compare. While I lean to the camp that says 16 years of a bear market, stagflation, double digit interest rates, high inflationary rates was worse, the financial market collapse at the end of 2008 was pretty darn close.

I apologize, but I must be missing it... what section discusses the fine for returning in 30 days?

The ACA aims to incentivize hospitals to promote high-quality care and avoid unnecessary readmissions. Specifically, Medicare payments will be reduced for hospitals with high rates of potentially preventable readmissions. A hospital's readmission rate for certain conditions—starting in 2013, heart attack/failure and pneumonia are the first conditions addressed—will be compared to its expected readmission rate, and the hospital will be subject to a reduction in Medicare payments for its “excess readmissions.” The CBO estimates that this payment adjustment could save $7.1 billion over 10 years.

What a crock of shit. Obamacare is a disaster.

Your anger, hostility, hatred, endless insults and crap posts add zero to this forum.

Feel free to put me on ignore, shit-for-brains.

Dear dunce; how can I hate someone I do not know? It is not hate that provokes me to describe your ignorance, but your own stupidity as evidenced by the nonsense you spam this forum with.

To hate you I would have to care; dunce.

I didn't claim your hatred was focused solely on me, you absurd little man. But then again reading comprehension isn't your strong suit, blockhead.
