Just watched the first episode of the new Roseanne show. I can't believe how many times I laughed! How is it that ABC did not silence this?
 
Weird that some sitcom thing on broadcast TV is seen as political. Never watched her show years ago, don't care for TV other than for news and cable documentary stuff. Not planning to watch the new show now either.

I heard/read from critics that it'll be compared to All in the Family if it goes on like this.
I also heard that it wasn't condescending to the left but made fun of the left and right. :dunno:
I didn't watch it because I just don't watch TV.
 
Roseanne wants us all sent to re education camps.

Here's my prediction. That Evmetro will post some babbling piece of horseshit, then predict that when he is called on said horseshit will respond with "I told you so!"

Whatever she may have once had is long gone.
How long before right wing racist nut jobs realize she is satirizing them.
Six weeks in and we will all be asking, Roseanne who?

I watched alot of this show before, found it mostly funny. I watched this reboot because of the wife and daughter and laughed hilariously. it was much better than the original.
 
Back when the show was running, I noticed that it would always be on the TV when we would go to a laundromat. The snipets I would catch of it never appealed to me.

I also saw the second-to-last episode of Johnny Carson, where Roseanne and Robin Williams both guest starred. It was a complete trainwreck, as both are/were useless without a script.
