I am inclined to agree that sustained ratings will be a better way to evaluate the meaning of this. The unusually high 18+k has my attention though.

It is what I am thinking, if they continue to be political I predict they lose viewers. I don’t plan on watching the show, but I didn’t watch it before, I think Roseanne is low brow, uncouth and not very funny.

Barr was a very good standup. I did not like her first show and will not watch this afterbirth. Families making nasty remarks to each other over and over does not appeal to me. But sitcoms are big in America. She may have a nice ride again.

I think you wait and see what the ratings will be in a couple weeks. The Apprentice never got close to those ratings. It was actually very low when it was retooled to add celebrities. It was a crappy show. It had been close to cancellation a couple times.
