Once more for the people who remained at the tailgate, if the average voter turnout since 1980 is 99,644,718 (this excludes 2020 because of the DNC cheating and the stolen election) and the total voter turnout is 155,203,914, you have a HIGH VOTER TURNOUT. No matter how you slice it or who you blame, the voter turnout was very high.
