Rudy's raising about half what Hillary is

Then take it as agreement. Did I answer you post or the guy who started in on me about him being the "most elitist".

Not everything is about you, Darla.

You are touchy today.

I just touched myself and I'm not.

I think you are purposefully starting controversies here lately, and then act innocent when people react to them. Because I do not have this trouble communicating with anyone else, or understanding when someone is "agreeing" with me.

I just realized something, it might be because a couple of the cons were crying and whining last week about being overwhelmed my liberals on the board. I can understand. I cried when I read them too.

"Bush Derangement Syndrome" is a term used by Bush voters & apologists to try to marginalize people who actually did vote with sanity & not with a careless attitude about the future of America.

And yeah - most of them are a little frustrated, and a little pissed.

Replace the words "crying and whining" with "bored as fuck".

And please no more touching yourself, use a man for that. This might entail breaking your feminist principals but it's for the good of the board.

Well, it is used here by somebody who didn't vote for Bush twice, and who thinks that some people just by seeing the name go so far out of whack that they attack people who simply said something about him, but didn't "defend" him.

I watch some people just jump all over people who aren't supporting Bush at every turn when they simply mention anything at all about him, or if they compare him to anybody else. It's freaky.

One more time. I didn't answer your post. So I said, "take it as agreement" I didn't say, "Boy! I was agreeing with you!"

I said (Paraphrasing), "take it as agreement then, I was answering the post of the guy who said..."

Well, that is how they perceive it, they complained about it, and you responded to the complaints.

I said, I understand. No more explanations needed.

I always knew that when the worm turned, they would be the biggest cry babies ever put on earth.

I wasn't "attacking you" when I responded to the elitist comment. I was addressing the perception that Bush is NOT an elitist, which, as you have acknowledged, exists.

And, as I said, you are really becoming unhinged. You clearly feel strongly about this, so your FIRST reaction tends to be not looking at the entirety of a situation objectively before responding, as you did on this & the other thread. It has become a knee-jerk for you.

No, I just point it out when I see it. I find it fascinating. The only thing that bugs me is when people just assume my meaning rather than read what I say.

Words have meaning, but so does history.

I'll take your word for it that you were simply denying the perception of the time. But it seemed like an answer to my post and an attempt to deny any validity in it.

Reversal (or whatever the proper term is) is a common tactic of the Repubs.

Bush is just a regular guy we'd all like to have a beer with:

Elitist: "How do you ask a man to be the last man to die for a mistake?" - John Kerry

Not Elitist: "You know, when you give a man more money in his pocket... they build new buildings. And when somebody builds a new building somebody has got to come and build the building. And when the building expanded it prevented [sic] additional opportunities for people to work...." - George Bush.

Any Questions?
