He could think he is wildly successful but the outside world would never have to hear from him again.

Trump does need to answer for his crimes and face a fair trial. The best case would probably be that he is sentenced to life in prison with zero chance of parole. That would set an excellent example for the world and for the future of the USA.

We/most of us agree he should be held to account, we do not agree what is best for our country~the world..

It is a given that we agree him out of power is beneficial but that does not take him out of politics......

I am afraid that now if he is alive or dead his hate & division will live on..

Having him in prison will make him a martyr, a rallying point/cry for his millions of fans.......

The British did what they believed was in their best interest, not Napoleon's, killing Napoleon would have been easy for the British but dealing w/ the consequences would not..:thinking:

Whatever the courts decide is fine w/ me, I/we have no say, only our opinions..

This is what I believe is in the best interest of the country, nothing more..

I believe the cases brought by the SDNY and NYDA and the evidence, Michael Cohen as a witness, will be overwhelming.

Likely a conviction(s) inside a year.

He did, actually, that's why Trump is the only president in history to have filed for reelection for 2020 on his inaugural in 2017.

Well the plan was never to be president, it was to set him up for what he will do now once he is out of office....

This will be even better since he has culled the herd of wishy & washy & is left w/ a nice fat herd of sheep just begging to be fleeced...........

It is not impulsive to want Trump's insurrection decapitated. Logic and solid thinking tell you this kind of behavior cannot be tolerated. Trump was urging and directing riots that resulted in 5 deaths and the trashing of the capital. He should not walk away untouched.

He shouldn't, in a just world, but we live here, not there.......

In this world bankers crash the world economy & get their bonuses @ the end of the year.....

Their companies (investors) pay the fines & they get golden parachutes & no one goes to jail-that sir is the world we live in.......

I hope I am wrong, but I don't see trump ever spending even an hour behind bars.........
