If any of those you named are indicted or arrested for crimes committed in 2016 then all those involved in the indictments and arrests will find themselves in front of a court having to answer why they acted outside the law. The federal statute of limitations is 5 years.

I saw/heard somewhere that the statue of limitations wouldn't apply in this case. I could be wrong, but I heard it from many sources. We'll see.

As I said before, I'm not a fan of Trump, but that doesn't mean that everything bad ascribed to him is actually true. From everything I've read, Russiagate should go into this category.
