trump required payment of penalties for not getting an abortion. No one has tested that provision of the contracts, but the other similar provisions are being tested in court. And trump is mostly winning.

Where he is losing is that he stole the original money from a corporation for his personal use in paying women for sex.
 
This election was a seminal event. It is not hyperbole to say that it is the most meaningful event in decades.

The Democratic nominee had every advantage...the media, unlimited funding (nearly one billion that has now resulted in a twenty million dollar deficit) the celebrities in Hollywood, and an incumbent VP.

But the Republicans had Donald Trump, who ran a brilliant campaign spending 356 million to Harris' 881 million (US News). He was laser focused on the issues while Harris was a no show on the issues and flip-flopping the few times that she did show up.

The Republicans had teams of volunteers and lawyers to challenge every attempt by the Democrats to cheat. Lara Trump performed brilliantly in her position as the RNC Co-Chair. President-elect Trump should be very proud of his family.

On election night, I and many others, were shocked at the magnitude of the success of the Red Team. The presidency and the Senate were flipped and it appears that the House will remain with the Republicans.

I was skeptical of a victory by the Republicans. I thought that cheating and the massive bias of the media and the huge advantage in campaign funding would prevent this type of victory.

Trump broke the Democrats, hopefully for a very long time.
