Ignoring the media misdirection, I'm impressed that Cruz is finally firmly on the Trump Train, instead of trying to derail it like John McCain't and Paul RYANO have. sally yates is confusing two separate situations, but that's a typical spin-doctor's prescription. sally yates should be prosecuted. If she was offended by Trump's refusal to let in any more sleeper cells, she should have resigned rather than commit an unauthorized action to obstruct it. She will be prosecuted, once Trump gets enough popularity to play hardball with Islam's Fifth Column.

Where does it say that an acting Attorney General, or even a real one, has Marbury v Madison privileges? She disobeyed an order from her superior and then ordered those beneath her to disobey it. She must be prosecuted for that obstruction.
