My real disappointment with Hollywood is the sparsity of quality cinema arriving from there.

No less than Jordan Peterson thinks that Brand is one of the best thinkers out there. His Tucker Carlson Today interview was off the charts good.

Anyone who does not know who Russell Brand is is not paying attention to the debates of the day. Not a great thing for the owner of a political board to admit.
I don't think that folks who put celebrities that agree with you pick particularly well either. Many questions asked by Jarod run through my mind when I see Alec Baldwin telling me how to vote.
Why would anyone think that an idiot who would fire a gun at the face of an employee without checking it first was some awesome spokesperson for your point of view?
Though I can understand when someone willing to sacrifice a career in Hollywood by voicing a differing opinion tends to get them a bit more gravitas, even if they are just a comedian or something. It is dangerous to be less than woke in Hollywood nowadays, a contraindicating voice from that particular flock of sheep tends to get some folks listening that otherwise would reject anything that fell within the norm. Though I can't personally weight them any heavier as the same questions hit well. Why should anyone listen?
