APP - Sarah Palin's Endorsement Of Donald Trump Is Huge.

I think that's what important here is the fact that Palin's endorsement of Trump was a stamp mark on Trump's campaign as a reformer and it clearly demonstrates Palin's disdain for the inept GOP more so than the socialist Democratic left.

Sarah Palin had her constitutional rights violated at every turn, her family's privacy rights destroyed, her e mails confiscated and the republican establishment stood silent and wouldn't say a damn thing on her behalf but only joined in the feeding frenzy from talking pundits like George Will to the RNC leadership. Only a few in the conservative media defended her like Rush Limbaugh and Andrew Breitbart. The rest of the republican leadership and inner circle threw her under a bus.

This was at a time when Sarah was the party's vice presidential candidate. Is it any wonder why Palin has endorsed Trump? How could there be?

Not much of a choice though, is it?

Hands down Trump is a better choice than Hillary. Trump is not my choice. He's a populist president who frankly doesn't really understand the finer philosophical ideals of conservative libertarian thought. That said I think he's genuine, and that's what's communicating itself.
Hillary on the other hand is a lying phony establishment candidate running as a third term Obama.

Palin paraded Track all over the media before he went to Iraq. He served under bush, not Obama. Apparently Palin was deaf, dumb and blind to the consequences some troops can suffer after being in a war zone; she was too busy using her son as a photo op. Even the head of IAVA took issue with her stupid comments.

"It's not President Obama's fault that Sarah Palin's son has PTSD," said Paul Rieckhoff, who heads Iraq and Afghanistan Veterans of America (IAVA). "PTSD is a very serious problem, a complicated mental health injury and I would be extremely reluctant to blame any one person in particular."

Palin pointed to Obamas policies as bad treatment of veterans and the scandal of the VA. She didn't accuse him of causing ptsd

Ok, but you posted a hit piece that claimed Palin blamed Obama for her sons ptsd- she didn't.

And just for balance to Palins actual complaint.

What hit piece? These were her words:

"It starts from the top. The question though it comes from our own president, when they have to look at him and wonder, do you know what we go through, do you know what we're trying to do to secure America and to secure the freedoms that have been bequeathed us?" she added. "So when my own son is going through what he goes through, coming back, I can certainly relate with other families who feel these ramifications of some PTSD and some of the woundedness that our soldiers do return with."

Presumably Track enlisted of his own free will and served for one year during the bush administration, before Obama was even nominated. Now seven years later Palin trots out another of her gratuitous insults, as if Obama had anything to do with the PTSD. If she were an honest person she'd be condemning the war and the people who were responsible for starting it.

So where did she say it was "the presidents fault" that Track has ptsd?

You will have to ask Paul Rieckhoff why he said that. Palin certainly worked hard enough to force the connection to Obama by saying that vets aren't getting the respect they deserve, it starts at the top and comes from our own president.

"My son, a combat veteran … was fighting for you all, America, in the war zone. My son, like so many others, came back a bit different, they come back hardened," she said at a Tulsa, Okla. Trump rally Wednesday, of her 26-year-old son Track, who spent a year deployed in Iraq with the Army.

"They come back wondering if there is that respect for what it is that their fellow soldiers and airman and every other member of the military so sacrificially have given to this country," she added. "And that starts from the top."

"That comes from our own President," Palin said. "Where they have to look at him and wonder, 'Do you know what we go through? Do you know what we're trying to do to secure America?'"

Track Palin enlisted in 2007, then spent a year deployed in Iraq with the Army’s Alaska-based 25th Infantry Division’s 1st Stryker Brigade Combat Team, known as the “Arctic Wolves.”

No, I don't have to ask Paul, you posted his statement, you then own it. You never disclaimed his statement. Are you disclaiming it now?

I'm not going to argue your straw man. She had no business bringing Obama into her comments about Track. It was just the usual sleazy political ploy she's know for, and throwing red meat to her supporters.

The straw man is yours. You posted another's statement which on its face is demonstrably untrue. You then own his untrue statement.

Palin's involved in politics. She used her political platform to point out Obama's policies that have harmed veterans. But she did not, as your post stated, accuse Obama of causing her sons ptsd.

Most of what you have to say (almost all of it) is pure soapbox fluff. You sound like an Oprah Winfrey dirt disher.

The constitutionality of it is Palin's ordeal and her rights as an american citizen being compromised as she was put on trial by the media establishment over allegations made of petty political bias including law suits without any basis of truth or substance. Nothing of any legality was proven against Palin, nothing.

This witch hunt was born out of fear of Palin's gender and her potential ability to alter the culture. She got too close to the white house.

Chelsea never served and all that hubbub about broads in combat and Chelsea takes the easy way out. I guess not all women are equal

What is this referring to?

You have no clue how this works. Obviously many people interpreted her remarks as anti-Obama or those people wouldn't be in the news to quote.

You can try and put all the evils of the system on Obama in your usual hackish fashion and I'm sure you'll defend Palin no matter how outrageous her comments. That's one thing we can all depend on you for.

WTH are you talking about? People didn't dislike Palin for her gender but because she's just so darn stupid and embarrassing. Every time she spews her opinions she leaves this country open to mocking.

No, just like you, many disengenuous liberal democrats chose to espouse that meaning.

Don't let anyone tell you otherwise, this Palin endorsement is huge coming right on the eve of the primary season beginning.

This is the first time a major political figure with a substantial supporting base has endorsed any candidate. The Donald has increased his enormous momentum substantially after this Palin announcement.

Palin no longer has a substantial base if she ever did. Like Trump she's in it for ego and self promotion.
